This comic is a not-so-subtle nod to World of Warcraft.  I played a bit of this back when it first came out, but found it to be far too much like a second job. I tend to agree with Jonathan Blow on the matter.

The tree baby with Jasper is very much inspired by Jolie, one of my many cats.  I know it looks like none of the tree babies I drew in the last comic, but I had an idea and we’re rolling with it.  If I ever get time, I’ll retroactively fix the last comic to fit this redesign in.  So probably never.
